Currency and Payment Methods
All prices in the Runkeeper store are presented in USD. If you live outside the USA, you can convert prices to your native currency using a free currency converter like Yahoo Currency.
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
Valid promotional codes may be redeemed at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Sometimes things happen, and your order just isn’t exactly what you were expecting. In cases like these please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help get your order returned or exchanged.
There are some items we cannot accept returns for because they are made to order. Please check the item description when ordering!
All returns or exchanges must be filed within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the event of an exchange/return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the reason for return is a product defect, or the customer received the wrong item).
You can create an account so that you can always see a history of your orders and you can track orders once they have shipped!

Product Fit & Sizing
Sizing can vary from product to product, so be sure to check out the sizing chart that corresponds to the specific product of interest. Each product page has a sizing chart link with instructions on how to measure appropriately.
Women’s sizes are often slimmer fitting and tapered. If you would like a shirt with a little more give, we recommend checking out the men’s sizes (spoiler alert: men’s shirts are technically unisex sizes!). If you are positive you want a women’s shirt, consider ordering up a size and be sure to reference the sizing chart first.
Shipping Your Order
For the launch of the store, we are really testing the waters. We are running most items as a pre-sale and will ship once orders hit the minimum quantity. We are hoping we reach the minimum quantity quickly, but what this means is that orders could ship in as little as a week, or as much as 6-8 weeks. Our goal is to raise as much money for the Miss America organization so that we can keep sending girls to school!
Once an order is processed, it is put into production, and sent out for shipping. Upon shipment you will receive an email with tracking information for your package.
We do our best to keep shipping prices low, and will ship via whichever carrier can reliably deliver your package at the most affordable cost.
US orders will ship via USPS and generally take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. For international orders, delivery time largely depends on the delivery services available in your country. Please allow up to 5 weeks from ship date for international orders to arrive. Shipments to India, and Africa can take upwards of 2 months. Please take this into account before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the service that was used to ship your order.
Due to constraints of international shipping, we are unable to provide tracking updates once a product has left the United States. If your package hasn’t arrived within 5 weeks of shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get things squared away for you!
